Ashleigh E. Lymburner is an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Randy S. Margulis & Associates, PLLC, and has been with the firm since August 2024. She primarily practices in the areas of matrimonial and family law, including divorce, child custody, and child support.

Her experience includes serving a Judicial Externship under Judge Sharon M. LoVallo, at the Erie County Family Court, and Clerkships at a Buffalo family law firm, and a Buffalo insurance defense firm.

Ashleigh is licensed to practice in all Courts in New York State, and is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County. She earned her law degree from the University at Buffalo, with a concentration in Family Law, where she served as Publications Editor for the Buffalo Law Review. Ashleigh also earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences Interdisciplinary and Political Science, with a concentration in Legal Studies, from the University at Buffalo, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
