Alexandra M. Rockwood is an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Randy S. Margulis & Associates and has been with the firm since early 2020. She practices primarily in the areas of matrimonial and family law.

Ms. Rockwood graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Geneseo with a degree in History and minors in Political Science and Business.  She went on to earn her master’s degree in Social Work at the University at Buffalo in 2017. In addition, she passed her licensing exam and became a Licensed Master of Social Work. She graduated magna cum laude with her law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2018 where she was a Note & Comment Editor for the Buffalo Law Review and completed a concentration in Family Law.

During law school, Ms. Rockwood clerked under the Honorable William M. Skretny at the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York where she assisted in researching and drafting legal memoranda for cases in litigation. She also gained a wide variety of matrimonial and family law experience as a law clerk at a Buffalo law firm, as an intern with the Legal Aid Bureau Attorneys for Children Unit, and as an intern with KidsPeace Foster Care. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Randy S. Margulis & Associates, Ms. Rockwood was an Associate Attorney at a Buffalo law firm where she handled a variety of personal injury, employment, criminal, and general litigation matters for the past two years.

Ms. Rockwood was admitted to the New York State Bar in June 2018 and is a member of the Erie County and New York State Bar Associations.
